Conditions of payment after approved booking

Your booking is approved/valid after a payment of 50 percent of your total costs for the time of your stay.
Please notice that a booking becomes valid after a written approval through us(Cape Khamai Guest House).

The full amount is payable in cash(ZAR) after your arrival at the Cape Khamai guest house 
or pay the full amount 1 week (7 days) prior to arrival.

In case of last-minute bookings the payment will be arranged individually.


Costs in case of a cancelation of an approved/valid booking

7 to 13 days			75% of the full amount
0 to 6 days			100% of the full amount

In case of an early termination of/during the stay the full amount is due.
